Transcreener cGAMP cGAS分析法直接测量由环状GMP-AMP合酶（cGAS，C6orf150、2'3'-cGAMP合酶）产生的环状GMP-AMP （cGAMP）。通过测量cGAMP的产量，研究人员可以有效地确定 cGAS酶的活性。该测定法提供了一个强大的工具，可以筛选整个化合物库中的cGAS调节剂，以帮助找到针对cGAS-STING途径的新疗法。

cGAS是STING途径中的重要信使

Assay Plates	You can purchase assay plates directly through BellBrook Labs. FP - An entirely black plate with a non-binding surface is required. We suggest Corning 384-well plates, Cat. #4514. TR-FRET - An entirely white plate with a non-binding surface is required. We suggest Corning 384-well plates Cat. #4513
